LGBTQ COUNSELING

Discovering that you don’t fit into typical gender or sexuality ‘norms’ is a challenging time for anyone. This is especially the case when you are faced with prejudice from people who struggle to understand gender and sexual diversity, or who are fearful of it. Many people felt forced to hide their true identity for fear of repercussions, or in some cases, have felt unable to make their own decisions about their gender or sexual preferences. Our LGBTQ counseling service works to discover whom you feel you truly are. Rather than necessarily adopting a label in order to explain your identity, we will instead explore how you want to live your life. This is a safe, discreet and confidential opportunity for you to express who you are or whom you want to be without fear or judgment or prejudice.
